Sometimes, two adverbs of location or motion can be used at the same time.

Location:

Jeg er her ute.
Jeg bor der borte.
Jeg blir der oppe.
(I am out here.)
(I am living over there.)
(I will stay up there.)

Motion:

Jeg kommer hit ut.
Jeg reiser dit bort.
Jeg kjører dit opp.
(I am coming out here.)
(I am traveling over there.)
(I am driving up there.)

If motion is described with a helping verb like “må” or “skal,” and an adverb like “ut” or “opp”, the main verb can be omitted from the sentence.

Jeg skal gå ut.   Jeg skal ut. (I am going outside.)
Jeg må reise hjem.  Jeg må hjem. (I must go home.)
Jeg skal kjøre dit.  Jeg skal dit. (I am going there.)
